Co-Founder & REALTOR®
Anna Kaufman
With over sixteen years of experience in the new home building industry, Anna began as a Sales Associate and progressed to the roles of Sales and Marketing Director and Sales Director at two prominent Calgary home builders. Anna is a University of Calgary graduate with a Bachelor’s Degree in International Relations. In addition to her university education, she completed the Master Home Builder designation from the Professional Home Builders Institute.
Anna continues to work closely with top Calgary builders, maintaining strong industry partnerships built through years of hands-on experience. Her deep operational knowledge, creative thinking, and problem-solving skills allow her to guide both buyers and sellers with confidence — whether marketing a resale property or representing new construction. Builders continue to trust her to sell their inventory, and she brings the same expertise and strategy to helping homeowners prepare and sell their current homes.
Beyond her professional roles, Anna enjoys nature, volunteering within her community and spending time with her husband and daughter.

Rut Kaufman Aronovich
Rut brings nearly a decade of experience in Calgary’s new home building industry, having worked with two of the city’s largest builders. She began her career as a Sales Associate and advanced to the role of Area Manager, specializing in a range of housing types including semi-detached homes, bungalows, and move-up models. Rut also has hands-on experience in customizing and redesigning floorplans to better suit her clients’ needs. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Calgary.
Rut continues to collaborate with top builders while also helping clients navigate the resale market. She is known for her attention to detail, strong floorplan knowledge, and commitment to educating homebuyers. Her in-depth understanding of builder specifications, construction timelines, and community development allows her to guide clients through every step of the home buying and selling process.
In addition to her client work, Rut leads the ARK Real Estate Team’s marketing efforts, using her industry insight and creative approach to effectively promote listings and connect with buyers. In her spare time, Rut is an avid reader and enjoys being outdoors with her husband and two children.

Anna Enters the Industry
Anna began her career in Calgary’s new home building industry as a Sales Associate, quickly developing deep expertise in construction, contracts, and client experience with prominent Calgary builders.
2015
Anna Rises to Senior Leadership & Rut Enters the Industry
Anna progressed to the roles of Sales and Marketing Director and Sales Director at two of Calgary’s largest builders, gaining a big-picture perspective that few REALTORS® can match. That same year, Rut began her own builder-side journey as a Sales Associate, bringing her marketing background and passion for design to Calgary’s new home industry.
2019
Rut Pioneers New Communities
Rut took on the role of Area Manager at a second prominent Calgary home builder, specializing in semi-detached homes, bungalows, and move-up models — and pioneering new communities from the ground up.
2023
ARK Real Estate Team Founded
Together as licensed REALTORS®, Rut and Anna launched ARK Real Estate Team — combining builder expertise with client-first service in both new construction and resale.
2024
First Builder Partnership Secured
ARK secured its first formal builder partnership, becoming REALTOR® partners for a Calgary home builder and developer — a milestone reflecting the trust the industry places in the team’s expertise.
2026
A Trusted Calgary Resource
ARK now holds multiple builder partnerships and continues to help clients across Calgary navigate new construction and resale with clarity, confidence, and the kind of insider knowledge that only comes from years on the builder side.
